A: During an in-home session we  prepares up to 20-25 portions of food, which typically covers lunches and dinners for 2 adults over 4 to 5 days, as well as snacks for a family of four.

Additionally, if you prefer bi-weekly or monthly service, we can prepare extra portions suitable for freezing, allowing you to maintain a convenient, healthy meal plan over an extended period.

During a typical 3-hour session we prepares up to 20-25 portions of customized meals tailored to your dietary preferences and nutritional needs.

The cost for this comprehensive service is $175 for clients in Vancouver and $160 for clients in Nanaimo.

A: At viviwellnutrition, we prioritize minimizing food waste and saving you money by incorporating the ingredients you already have at home into your meal plans.

We provide a detailed grocery list for each order and ask you to mark off the items you currently have, allowing us to tailor your meals without unnecessary extra purchases

. If you prefer to do your own shopping, you are welcome to do so; otherwise, we are happy to handle grocery pickup for you, typically sourcing ingredients from Save on Food or the store closest to your house so we cannot guranteed that we will use your prefered store.

A: At this time we do not  offer a traditional meal delivery service. Instead, we focus on providing personalized, holistic meal preparation directly in your home through our personal chef services. In Nanaimo.

Additionally, in-home meal preparation is more cost effective in the long run for our clients, as it eliminates packaging and delivery fees and reduces food waste.

A: viviwellnutrition does not require a minimum commitment for its holistic meal prep delivery and personal chef services. Clients are welcome to try the service once to see if it meets their needs; if it is not the right fit, that is perfectly acceptable.

While many clients choose to continue long term due to the quality and personalization of the meals prepared in their homes, this service is designed to be flexible and respectful of individual preferences.

We do recognize that our approach may not be suitable for everyone, and we encourage open communication. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us ahead of time so we can accommodate scheduling and maintain the best possible service experience for all clients.

A Personal chef services primarily in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Nanaimo, including the surrounding areas.

In Nanaimo,  service  is available within a 30 km radius beyond the city limits. If your location is more than 30 km outside of Nanaimo, a fuel surcharge fee will apply to cover the additional travel costs.
